Our 92nd year is off to a great start ! We listened to a lecture by Master Gardener Kathi Gariepy from the Massachusetts Master Gardener Association Speakers Bureau. The topic was Xeriscaping , the art of landscaping with plants that require little water for upkeep. This helps with water conservation while beautifying an area. Such an informative program .The members recieved their yearbooks with the Club’s schedule of upcoming programs including topics on bees , ‘good’ and ‘bad’ bugs; butterfly house making workshop; as well as our annual programs of flower arrangements for Seniors, holiday greens workshop and designer challenges. We then held our monthly business meeting and enjoyed good fellowship. New members are always welcome . Just message us.

Five lifetime members have reached the milestone of 50 years of dedication. This level of commitment has kept our club going strong for over 92 years.

June 2025 Monthly and Annual Meeting
June 5, 2025 was our last meeting for this year . We held our monthly meeting and Annual meeting in which we celebrated our accomplishments , honored our 50 year memebers (such dedication) and elected /swore in our New Club Officers. Congratulations to all who will take on the challenge of moving our club forward into its 92nd year and beyond !

Our Conservation Committee held a workshop in which our members planted containers with native plants to attract pollinators. Fun while learning !

Such a successful event !! The club sold hundreds of healthy home grown perennials, annuals, veggies , herbs and even indoor house plants to many many happy customers (not just ourselves …haha) . There were also many delicious baked goods and hand crafted boutique items as well.

Our May meeting workshop was so much fun! Our members made fresh flower arrangements that will be given to the 4 local Nursing Homes to brighten a Senior’s day.
