Regular meetings – are held on the first Thursday of the month, September through June with the exception of January, and February, at the our Lady of Lourdes school in Taunton, unless otherwise stated in the club information.

Active members – are expected to attend, two meetings a year and also participate in all fundraising activities. All new member shall serve on the Ways and Means committee for a period of no less than two years. If in need of transportation, call the president or vice president.

Program committee -is responsible for setting up and taking down any tables use for the program. They are also responsible for sweeping the floor, if necessary and general cleanliness.

Hospitality Committee Hostess -are active members required to serve once per year on the hospitality committee. The committee is responsible for setting up and cleaning of the Buffet table, cleaning any equipment use, putting items away and cleaning the kitchen area. If unable to fill your assigned meeting, you must find a substitute and notify the hospitality chairperson .

Each committee member will coordinate with the chair to provide refreshments for the scheduled meeting as well as anticipate spending up to $10 for expenses when serving. For special meetings, such as the June banquet or presidents night, an advance of $40 is available to help the fray expenses so those committee members will not pay more than $10. Any monies from the advance not used should be return to the club treasury.

Dues- are $25 for active members and $40 for associate members. Any member whose dues are not paid by June shall be considered in arrears. Anyone dues not paid by June 30, after being notified in writing, will be dropped from the membership.

Scholarship Opportunity Drawing- raises money for the clubs scholarships. Active members are responsible for providing two items with the value of at least $10 each for the drawing each year.

Guest Donation- is $3 per guest per meeting. Please have your guest sign our guest book.

Executive Board meetings -are held at the homes of one of the board members. Check with president for schedule.
